Listing is completely free. We operate on a performance-based model — you only pay a small commission when a booking is confirmed. You keep up to 90% of your earnings.
We handle all guest payments. You receive your earnings via bank transfer or M-Pesa shortly after each guest's check-in. All payouts are tracked through your vendor dashboard.
It's a full-service property management solution for owners who want a hands-off experience. We handle guest communication, housekeeping, pricing optimization, and maintenance — so you can enjoy passive income.
